Our emergency care services operate 24/7, ensuring that both existing and new clients have access to urgent support whenever needed. Our trained care workers are equipped to provide immediate assistance, with skills in first aid and basic life support. While we are dedicated to helping in urgent situations, it's essential to remember that we are not paramedics. For critical emergencies, clients should always call 999, or for medical advice, contact NHS 111. Our priority is to be there for our clients in times of need while ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care.

Friends of Pets
We offer basic pet services alongside client care, such as feeding, letting a dog out to go to the toilet. For existing clients we will also look after their pets if they go away temporarily or are in hospital. If a client would like a pet but the family or they think they can’t manage, we can tailor a service to include assistance, such as taking the pet to vets, organising pet feed/grooming etc with the client’s/family’s input etc.

Where Nutritional Needs are involves for example, NG Tube or Tracheostomy, we would work closely with Dieticians guidelines and other professionals on how to safely support clients to meet their Nutritional needs or Suctioning needs, bearing in mind Universal Precaution in Maintaining a Sterile Environment, when supporting clients with such needs.
Where Colostomy Bag support is required, we would work closely with the Community Nurses' input on how to safely support clients with such needs, following sterile environment. Where we have clients with Motor Neuron diagnoses, we would work closely with Physiotherapist, OT and other professionals, receiving and giving feedback to them about the client's care.
Where we have clients with diagnose of Dementia and other forms of enduring Mental Health diagnose, we would work closely with the Mental Health team, giving and receiving feedback on the progress the clients is or are making.
Our Care workers have received trainings and ongoing support with experience in working with these clients' groups who have such needs. To achieve the best outcome of care, we believe effective communication of changes in client's care needs, with other professionals in good time is paramount.

We will support clients with their personal care needs in their homes, prepare and accompanied the client to attend Day Care centre, support them one-on-one while they are at the day Care Centre and follow the clients back to their respective homes, provide support with evening meals or snacks according to choice, medication support according to prescription, support with Bedtime Routine and check all security doors and windows for safety before leaving. Where client requires overnight support, our care workers would also take this role. All these care activities include Going shopping with you if possible, Domestic cleaning of your home, within reason and Laundry.

This type of service is for those clients who are admitted in hospital, but would rather have one-on one bedside support while they are in hospital, until discharged home. Clients who do not have family support or family members nearby, would benefit from this type of support. We would maintain continuity in care with the same care worker, whom client feels comfortable with both at home and on admission in hospital. We provide support with daily activities exercise, with the instructions given to us from a Physiotherapist, on safe passive range of movement of the limbs exercise, medication management according to prescription.
