If you’ve never had care with us before we would indeed need to visit you to create your care plan and complete risk assessments. This is free of charge, shouldn’t last more than an hour or two. We can also arrange video meetings with you and your loved ones.  

Your information will be used solely to track and assist in booking enquiries with Promised Care Ltd. We would only reach out on occasion to remind you about your remaining vouchers or future promotions.
