About Us

We Recruit & Train Vetted Health Care Assistants to work with Vulnerable adults 18+

We are Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a regulatory body that inspects the quality of Home Care Services that we provide to vulnerable people living in their own homes or in any structured care environment.

We provide Care to:

  • Private clients who Pay for their own Care or Direct Payment Clients.
  • Social Services funded clients.
  • NHS Funded clients living in the Community.
  • EXTRA CARE One-On-One to People with Challenging care needs, living in in their own homes or in Nursing Homes.
  • Supported living accommodation (EXTRA CARE).

We care for Clients who require support with:

Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and other needs.

  • People with physical Disabilities.
  • People with mild to moderate Mental Health.
  • People with Palliative Care needs, living in their own homes.
  • One- On- On Support to people with Challenging needs in Nursing Homes,
  • We provide 24 hours Live-in Care to any vulnerable person.
  • People who attend Day Care Centres.
  • We provide support to and from GP Appointments.
  • We support clients to and from scheduled hospital appointments and scheduled procedures.
  • We provide support On admission in hospital, until you are discharged.
  • We provide support for holiday accompaniment, a great opportunity to visit friends, relatives, exotic places in the UK or Abroad, including cruises in UK or abroad.
  • We provide support with domestic tasks: cleaning, Laundry and Shopping according to choice.
  • With your input on how you would like us to provide your care, we will draw up a care plan. We will Risk Assess your Care needs and Provide a Suitable Care worker for your Needs. We would carry out Regular Spot Checks, both telephone and face to face, to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of care you are receiving from us. Any changes in your care or health, will be communicated to relevant people involved in your care.

WE HAVE CARE WORKERS FROM A DIVERSED ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS WHO SPEAK: ENGLISH LANGUAGE, Punjabi language, Gujarati, Hindi, Kerala language, Arabic Language and Somali Language.

WHO DO WE RECRUIT AND TRAIN?

  • We Recruit Health Care Assistants who have gone through our training pathways that are in line with Skills for Care guidelines.
  • Our training approach exceeds CQC minimum standards required to provide Safe Care to any vulnerable person.
  • This includes effective communication, verbal, document in the daily Care Log referencing the care activities provided.
  • Record and Report in good time any changes noticed in health to relevant people.
  • Our Care Workers are Fully Trained and can demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the importance of Safeguarding Vulnerable people.
  • Upon completion of theoretical training, our candidates are required to demonstrate practical knowledge of safe and good care to vulnerable people.

WHAT KIND OF SHIFTS DO WE COVER?

We have a large pool of Health Care Assistants, Registered Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, and Community Nurses on part-time, or Bank Staff, who are available to work on short notice in your area:

We cover:

4 Hours a day care, 5Hours, 6Hours, 7Hours, 8Hours, 9 Hours, 10 Hours,11 Hours, 12 Hours, and 24 Hours Live-In Care (Round the clock care and shifts) Respite care, Temporary Staffing (Long and Short Term) Block Bookings, Permanent Placements.
